Three key factsheets to help you understand the results of phase 1 of the CIP
The PIC team is proud to share with you three learning sheets designed to help you disseminate and share the findings and lessons drawn from the PIC Phase 1 assessment. Co-developed by Isabel Heck, ICP Learning and Knowledge Manager, and Marie-Michèle Robitaille, these fact sheets focus on specific themes, highlighting essential information that emerged from the Phase 1 assessment and that can guide initiatives underway in the second phase of the ICP.
A quick reminder: the results of phase 1 of the ICP
To quickly recontextualize the cards, the assessment "Innovating and learning to better support the fight against poverty in Montreal neighborhoods - assessment of the Collective Impact Project Phase 1" was published in November 2023 and based on the analysis of more than a hundred reports as well as 23 individual and group interviews, allowed us to step back from the entire ICP Phase 1 (2015-2023) and identify advances, challenges and learning in terms of participating neighborhood initiatives, regional partnership as well as systemic changes.
Three thematic fact sheets exploring the results of the ICP phase 1 assessment
Each fact sheet offers a detailed analysis, based on precise data and feedback, providing an accurate picture of the actions taken and their impact. In all the sheets, you'll find concrete examples of actions taken by local players as part of their PIC initiatives.
-
The first sheet summarizes the levers, obstacles and best practices for fruitful collaboration around Phase 1 PIC initiatives.
-
In this fact sheet, you'll find numerous examples of levers, obstacles and best practices in terms of evaluation in phase 1 of the CIP. You can also consult the stages of a learning loop.
-
The third and final sheet looks at three key elements in working towards shared change, illustrated through initiatives working in food safety.
These sheets are accessible to all, to encourage the circulation of learning acquired at PIC through neighborhood initiatives, but also within PIC governance. We hope that these three sheets will serve as a tool to better guide all those in action within the PIC community.
