February 13: PIC activity day!
Dear PIC Community,
We are pleased to invite you to two events on February 13!
First of all, you are invited to take part in an event on the theme of mutualization in a context of collective impact, intersectoral action and community development to be held on February 13 at : Les Loisirs Communautaires Saint-Michel (LCSM), Room 202, 7501 Rue François-Perrault, Montreal, Quebec, H2A 1L6.
This wonderful day will open on a theoretical note with a presentation and discussion on the theme: Collective intervention and collective impact in community development. The presentation will be followed by an introduction to Saint-Michel's "SAVEUR" food system by the partners involved in the PIC project. Kiosks will also be on hand to help you find out more about SAVEUR. To round off the morning together, we'll be going one step further with discussion and co-creation workshops on the challenges of mutualization in collective impact projects. These exchanges will enable us to reflect together on the benefits and challenges of this collaborative approach.
Get ready to share your favorite strategies, activities and tools used in your initiatives this morning.
The event will also include a delicious dinner. Please note that seating is limited.
Then, in the afternoon, you can take advantage of your presence, if you wish, to take part in a a training session on collective decision-making offered by Dynamo, as part of our collective empowerment activities. You'll be able to deepen your knowledge and strengthen your skills in group decision-making processes to help you implement and intensify your change project. This training will also enable you toexplore decision-making methods and tools, as well as the facilitation posture required for this type of group exercise.
We hope you'll be able to join us for this enriching and inspiring day. Your presence and perspectives will be invaluable in enriching our discussions.
