To achieve the desired changes, it is important to identify the actions that will contribute most to supporting and reinforcing each other. In this respect, a sound analysis of the different systems in which we act will help us identify the actions to prioritize, the levers to optimize and/or the practices to influence to achieve the effects sought by the change initiative.

A system is a set of elements that interact with each other to achieve a common goal over a period of time. Systemic reading is therefore very useful for understanding the relationship between individuals and their environment, and identifying levers and areas of influence.
