The PIC community meets in Saint-Michel to reflect on mutualization from a collective perspective

On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, the PIC community gathered in the Saint-Michel district for the third workshop in the "Sharing practices" series. Participants - drawn from 21 organizations and representing 12 neighborhoods - shared a half-day rich in exchanges around mutualization in a context of collective impact, cross-sectoral action and community development.

Aimed at people involved in collective or cross-sectoral projects, the aim of this meeting was to create a space conducive to reflection, the sharing of concrete experiences and the emergence of collective strategies. Discussions, presentations and collaborative workshops highlighted both the benefits and challenges of sharing resources, expertise and initiatives between neighborhoods.

We'd like to express our sincere gratitude to the Saint-Michel teams(Vivre Saint-Michel en Santé for co-organizing, Carrefour Populaire for hosting and providing delicious meals, and SAVEURS partners) for this event, as well as to everyone present for their commitment, curiosity and generosity.

This exchange has strengthened links between neighborhoods and fueled collective reflection on sharing practices across the network.

A special mention goes to graphic facilitator Mélika Bazin, whose magnificent live plates clearly and sensitively illustrate the highlights of the workshop. These visuals, incorporated into the day's proceedings below, help to keep a vivid record of the exchanges and inspire the PIC community and beyond.

We look forward to seeing the ideas and collaborations inspired by this meeting, and to seeing you at the next workshop on May 7 at Centre-Sud!
