Exchange of practices on sustainability and Sprint Explor’Action

The PIC, in collaboration with Dynamo, invites you to a full day dedicated to the sustainability of collective initiatives.

📅 Wednesday, February 5, 2026
🕣 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Exchange of practices (lunch and dinner provided)
🕣 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Sprint Explor’Action
📍 United Way of Greater Montreal – 493 Sherbrooke Street West | Montreal | Quebec | H3A 1B6

This day is an opportunity to share successes and challenges, not only around ongoing projects, but also practices, ways of working, and relationships that make a difference. Together, we will explore how these elements can continue to live on and strengthen our communities, even as projects evolve or come to an end.

On the agenda:

Introductory presentation by Dynamo
Delve into the key concepts of sustainability: myths, steps, and strategies for maintaining lasting effects.

Inspiring panel discussion on sharing experiences
With Côte-des-Neiges (Amélie Giurgiuca), Mercier-Est (Nicolas Bourgois), and the Foundation of Greater Montreal (Vira Kovalova). Discover concrete examples of sustainable projects, their success factors, and the challenges and strategies for prolonging their positive impacts.

Collaborative workshop
In small groups, we will reflect together on the practices, relationships, and levers that need to be strengthened to support sustainability, and we will co-develop concrete courses of action.

Sprint Explor’Action
After a morning rich in exchanges and inspiration, we will take action by diving into your concrete realities. In collaboration with Dynamo, this sprint will be a dynamic space to explore together the dilemmas experienced in the field, improve promising practices, and advance—or resolve—your initiatives. A unique opportunity to transform challenges into levers for innovation and collective action.
