The CIP favors more community representation in its governance!

In early 2023, the Collective Impact Project proposed an update to its governance structure by modifying existing committees, integrating more community representatives, and creating a new body, the Action-Reflection group.

A call was therefore issued to the CIP community on April 12, 2023 to recruit people who would like to join the CIP structure. Partners were selected in conjunction with the Montreal Coalition of Neighborhood Tables and another partner on the management committee.

Following this process, starting in August 2023, we were delighted to welcome Salwa Ben Belgacem (Table de quartier de Parc-Extension), Sabrina Fauteux (Concertation Saint-Léonard) and Assia Kada  (Concertation Ville-Émard/Côte-Saint-Paul) to the management committee. Catherine Adam  (Coalition de la Petite-Bourgogne), Jean-François Gosselin (Le Pôle - Montréal-Nord) and Marie-Amélie Yoka-Posso (CLIC Bordeaux-Cartierville) have joined the Action-Reflection group.

The Action-Reflection group is the new co-creation space that enables greater dialogue and collaboration with local players, as well as experimentation at different levels within the CIP.

The participation of these 6 community representatives, and their knowledge and experience in the field, greatly enhances discussions and reflections on the CIP, and helps bring the group's collective intelligence to life. Many thanks for your contribution!
