Decision-making is required at various points when we are working collectively to plan, implement and scale up a change project.

Come and deepen your knowledge and strengthen your skills in group decision-making processes to help you implement and intensify your change project.

This training course will enable you toexplore decision-making methods and tools, as well as the facilitation posture required for this type of group exercise.
