As part of our empowerment program, Dynamo and PIC are offering a workshop on collective decision-making. Collective decision-making is necessary at various stages when working collectively to plan, implement and scale up a change project. This workshop aims to deepen the knowledge and reinforce the skills of key players in group decision-making processes. More specifically, it provides an opportunity to explore decision-making methods and tools, as well as the posture required of facilitators during this type of group exercise.
